Service Description
Learn some of the very basics of cooking! Some basics to make sure you get a solid foundation for your future culinary endeavors!! -Knife basics (how to hold a knife, how to chop/dice/slice, what knives are suitable for what projects) -Proper techniques for cutting everyday vegetables (how to cut an onion, peppers, avocado) -Stovetop cooking basics (searing a steak, sautéing vegetables, deglaze a pan to make an easy pan sauce for your steak) -Easy everyday condiments & toppings (make a simple salad vinaigrette, hand-whipped heavy cream to pair with strawberries for an easy dessert, easy crumble topping) Available for Individual and Group Classes (up to 10 people). Price varies depending on party size. Ages 13+.
